Return/ Exchange/Refund Policy

Returns:
We will accept items in their original packaging that have not been used or opened within 10 days of purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges:
We will gladly exchange items that appear defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at BlackSpruceCompany@gmail.com so that we can start the return process. Items can be returned to: 3 Blake Drive, 1158 Station B, Happy Valley-Goose Bay NL A0P 1E0, Canada.
Shipping Charges:
Please note shipping charges for returned items is the responsibility of the customer and are therefore non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing insurance or tracking to ensure your package is returned to us safely.
