Shipping and Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

Black Spruce Company can only ship across Canada at this time. All orders placed online at BlackSpruceCompany.com are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification when your products are shipped. 

 

 RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL AND ONLINE PURCHASES:

Black Spruce Company takes great pride in the products that we make. If you have received an item you are dissatisfied with, please contact us at  BlackSpruceCompany@gmail.com so we can address your problem.

Due to current circumstances, we do not offer returns or refunds, however we will exchange any product that is damaged or defective at the seller's discretion. No credit will be issued for returned items. 

Purchases may be exchanged up to 14 days from the purchase date in the original unopened packaging, at the customer's shipping expense.

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For local residents, damaged or defective products may be exchanged at 3 Blake Drive. Please contact us at BlackSpruceCompany@gmail.com to make arrangements.

When shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Black Spruce Company cannot guarantee that the item will be received.
