Covid- 19:

Our online shop is currently open. Shipping is available through Canada Post. We also offer local delivery for a fee of $5.

Chicken Care:

  • Do you sell eggs/ chicks/ chickens?
Yes! we sell eggs, chicks and chickens when in season. We strongly urge you to book ahead of time as waitlists are common as the Spring approaches. Availability will depend upon actual stock production.
  • How do I care for my eggs/ chicks/ chickens?
Eggs should be stored for at least 24 hours after arrival in a draft free room. This will allow the air cell to settle. Ensure incubator has been running for at least 2 - 3 days prior to arrival to ensure it is operating at optimum temperature.

Online Store:

  • Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes. During check out - select pick up option. You will be sent an email when your order is ready to pick up.  Curb side pick up hours most evenings and weekends. 

  • How long does it normally take for my order to arrive?

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receiving order. Canada Post is our selected method of shipment. Due to Covid-19 we expect some delays with our shipments.

Wholesale:

  • Do you wholesale to retailers?
We are unable to offer wholesale prices on our products at this time. However, we are open to work with local businesses to create some great collaborations. Please get in touch with us !

Shipping:

  • Why is shipping cost so expensive?
The cost and time of delivery is outside our control. We do try to minimize costs by combining orders and utilizing smaller package solutions where applicable.
Delivery is available in the local area for a minimal fee if other shipping arrangements can be made.
